A small colony orbiting Europa:

This colony is powered by a nuclear reactor (bottom), thus the large radiators.  The Sun here is quite small.  Europa from orbit appears nearly as smooth as a cue ball.

Anybody get the reference in the thread title?

We're having trouble doing that with just one world. High Frontier seems to have an optimistic outlook on the matter, which I appreciate. Hopefully I'll get the chance to play around with it again during the holidays.
